Copenhagen Kpop strive to pack and ship the order within 1-4 business days after the purchase has been completed. (This does not apply to pre-orders.)

Please note estimated delivery time for PRE-ORDER is listed on the produkt page.

Packages will not be sent on Sundays and public holidays, but on subsequent weekdays.

Information for customers in Norway:
Copenhagen Kpop is registered under the VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) scheme. All prices are displayed inclusive of Norwegian VAT, which is also calculated on shipping costs. Therefore, no additional VAT will be charged upon import. Carrier handling fees may apply in exceptional cases, but no further Norwegian VAT will be collected upon delivery for VOEC-eligible shipments.
